Post Education Qualification
TGT (English / Hindi/Third Language/Mathematics/Science/ Social Science) The candidate must have completed four years of integrated degree courses at the Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
OR
The candidate must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject/combination of subjects and in aggregate.
For TGT (Hindi): Hindi as the main subject in graduation.
For TGT (English): English as the main subject in graduation.
For TGT (Social Studies): Any two subjects from History, Geography, Economics and Pol. Science is the main subject at the graduation level.
For TGT (Maths): Mathematics as the main subject in graduation and the second subject should be from Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Computer Science, economics, commerce and Statistics.
For TGT (Science): Bachelor’s Degree in Science with any two of the following subjects: Botany, Zoology and Chemistry
OR
The candidate must have completed B.Ed or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
Pass the State Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) Paper-II.
The candidate must be proficient in teaching in Hindi and English medium.
TGT (Music) The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree with Music from a recognized University/Institution.
TGT (Art) The candidates must hold a graduation degree in Fine Arts/Crafts from a recognized University.
OR
B.Ed. Degree in Fine Arts from the Regional College of Education.
TGT (Physical Education Teacher) Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from a recognized institution or university.
TGT (Librarian) The candidates must hold a degree in Library Science from a recognized Institution/University.
OR
Graduation with a one-year diploma in Library Science from a recognized Institution.
EMRS Hostel Warden Qualification
The candidates must have completed four years integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT or other NCTE-recognized institution in the concerned subject. OR
The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university /institute.
