SAIL Trainee Eligibility Criteria 2023
Medical Attendant Training
Passed Matric or equivalent from any recognized Board.
Critical Care Nursing Training
Diploma in General Nursing & Mid-Wifery Course from recognized Nursing Institutes of Odisha or Institutes run by SAIL Plant Units OR
B.Sc Nursing from any recognized Institute.
Certificate of Registration issued by Nursing Council.
One year training under ASNT / earlier trained ASNT or who have completed equivalent training programme from a reputed Institute/ Hospital, having at least 1 year experience in patient care are eligible.
Advanced Specialized Nursing Training (ASNT)
Diploma in General Nursing & Mid-Wifery Course from recognized Nursing Institutes of Odisha or Institutes run by SAIL Plant Units OR
B.Sc Nursing from any recognized Institute.
Certificate of Registration issued by Nursing Council.
Data Entry Operator/ Medical Transcription Training
Intermediate (10+2) qualification with PGDCA from a recognized University.
Preference will be given to the candidates having higher qualification.
Medical Lab. Technician Training
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) course.
Hospital Administration Training
MBA/BBA/PG Diploma in Hospital Management / Marketing / Hospital Administration / HR / Finance (Min. 2 year duration for MBA, 3 years duration for BBA and 2 years duration for PG Diploma).
Preference shall be given to the candidates with MBA/BBA/PG Diploma in Hospital Management /Hospital Administration.
OT/ Anesthesia Assistant Training
Passed Intermediate Exam from a recognized Council.
Should have completed 01 year of Hospital Attendant/ Anesthesia Attendant Training programme from a reputed Institute/Hospital.
Advanced Physiotherapy Training
Passed Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) Course with completion of Internship.
Radiographer Training
Passed Diploma in Medical Radiation Technology.

Selection
Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are required to participate in the interview on the designated date. The venue, date, and time of the interview will be communicated to eligible candidates via SMS on the mobile number provided in their application form. Additionally, this information will be posted on the specified website and displayed on the Notice Board at IGH. No further communication regarding the interview schedule will be initiated with the candidates.
SAIL/RSP reserves the right to reject any application, cancel a candidate’s candidature, or terminate the entire training program as advertised, without providing any reasons for such actions. There will be no inquiry or correspondence entertained in connection with these decisions.
Eligible candidates must attend the interview on the scheduled date and time. They should bring the downloaded/printed application form submitted online, a filled-in declaration form, and a document verification form. It is essential to provide both original and self-attested photocopies of the following certificates/documents; failure to do so will result in the rejection of their candidature:
Two recent passport size colored photographs (Self-attested).
All Educational Certificates, Experience Certificate (if applicable), Caste/Category Certificate, Aadhar Card, etc.
Residential Certificate (Issued on or after 01/01/2020).
BPL Card/ Ration card/ BSKY Card/ Income Certificate issued on or after 01/01/2022.
NOC (No Objection Certificate) from their current employer, if employed in a Government/ PSU/ Autonomous body.
Trainees during the training period will not be provided with accommodation. They are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements.

SAIL Trainee Recruitment 2023 On-line Registration and Submission process will be terminated by 30 August 2023 at 23.59 hrs. Candidature of such applicants who fail to complete online submission of SAIL Trainee application form by stipulated date and time will not be considered and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
Applicants must fulfil all essential eligibility criteria (educational qualification, age limit, etc.) by last date of submission of SAIL Trainee application form in respect to that post for which they are applying.
